Please review the guidelines to ensure that your cleaning requirements do not clash with any appointment restrictions or exclusions. Kindly note that this is just a sample list and not an all-inclusive one. Please exercise common sense when using it.

Any signs of bed bugs

Biohazardous materials

Black mold 

Blood (human or animal)

Bug infestations

Drug paraphernalia

Excessive clutter

Feces (human or animal)

Hoarder conditions

Infectious diseases

Urine (human or animal)

Vomit (human or animal)

Excluded Services

Carpet cleaning

Cleaning electronics (Computers, TVs, etc.)

Hauling trash

Lifting over 20 lbs.

Machine grout cleaning

Metallic window blinds

Moving furniture

Permanent stain removal

Vertical window blinds

Washing lights

Washing walls

Window exteriors

 Appointment Restrictions 

• It's important to note that if you have any other professional services scheduled at your unit, like painters, carpet cleaners, movers, plumbers, or any other professional service, the cleaning appointment cannot take place. As a result, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.
• A canceled appointment and a late cancellation fee of $100 will be imposed if there is a bug infestation.
• Failure to gain entry into the unit will lead to the cancellation of the appointment and a late cancellation charge of $100.

*MOVE-IN/OUT UNIT MUST BE EMPTY PRIOR TO CLEANING
